Amanda Jenkyn

Amanda started her career in, and passion for, Property Management in 1994, a country girl at heart starting her career in the beautiful Northern Rivers area where her family still resides, moving onto the Gold Coast and settling in Brisbane, having worked for a number of the larger franchises along with the smaller, more personable agencies, from highrise to acreage, enjoying the variety over the past 30 + years.

She has a keen interest and is known for her ability to negotiate, mediate and deal with challenging situations, enjoys the complexity of both insurance claims and court cases. Known as a fair but firm Property Manager, Amanda knows the importance of developing long term relationships based on good communication skills and the ability to be proactive, and her business relies heavily on referrals from happy clients, being a true and complete end to end portfolio based Manager.

Amanda holds a Bachelor of Business from SCU along with a Grad. Cert in Training & Development and enjoys mentoring within the industry and is constantly enrolling in continuing professional development for both career and personal reasons.

Out of work hours, Amanda has the travel bug with exploring new destinations top on the agenda when she has precious spare time.
