Dylan Ludgater

Dylan started working for KL Realty part time after school hours at the early age of 15. He then proceeded to finish a school-based traineeship in Business while finishing his High School Diploma in 2024.

In 2025 Dylan continued his journey in real estate and graduated with a Real Estate Registration statement of attainment and completed his 12 units of competency as part of qualification for the Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.

He then proceeded to obtain his Real Estate Salesperson Certificate through the Office of Fair Trading.

At a young age he has already a few years of real estate – especially property management experience – under his belt.

Dylan currently looks after routine inspections, leasing and helps with the sale of properties.

In his free time Dylan is a car enthusiast and loves all sports especially Basketball. He represented RedCity Roar Basketball for 3 years and has played as a junior for the Capalaba Wildcats and Alex Hills Raiders.
